Senior Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of mental health experience working with adults, adolescents and children. A creative and calm approach to helping people achieve goals, problem solve, regulate emotions and participate in their daily activities and community.

Senior Mental Health Clinician in early intervention for children, parents and teachers, managing difficult and challenging behaviours in 5-8 yrs old. School-based program. Program design, planning, implementation and evaluation.

Older Persons Mental Health Inpatient Unit

Supporting people while inpatients increase their participation in activities that bring them satisfaction and connection, such as art, yoga, meditation, craft groups personal sharing, singing, gardening and increased personal independence in mobility and personal care and returning home safely.

YPPI Recovery Worker / Children and Adolescent Mental Health

Case management for young people with first time psychosis. Individual and groupwork with clients. Supporting clients to understand and management their mental and physical health. Supporting young people in peer connection and enjoy their community through sport, art, nature, learning and cooking. Including sensory interventions with clients family. Providing clinical supervision for OTs. .

Assessment, intervention, family education, school visits and advocacy for children 3-19 years with learning problems, behavioural, social, emotional, ASD, ADHD, Intellectual disability and sensory processing disorders.

Supporting clients with mental health diagnosis, in lifestyle change with regards to their physical health, including nicotine use, adequate nutrition, increased physical activity and reduction in alcohol use
